The Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Ethiopia is Denmark’s official diplomatic mission in Addis Ababa. It represents Danish interests in Ethiopia while promoting cooperation in diplomacy, trade, climate action, sustainable development, education, and humanitarian assistance. The embassy provides consular services for Danish citizens, including passport renewals, emergency assistance, civil registration, document legalization, and family reunification support.
It also offers guidance on visas and residence permits for travel to Denmark, with visa applications generally submitted through the authorized Visa Application Centre (VFS Global). In addition to Ethiopia, the embassy covers Danish interests in several neighboring countries and works closely with regional and international organizations based in Addis Ababa.
